Reiki

As a Reiki Master I am certified to teach Reiki. Anyone interested can learn this ancient healing system. Reiki can be used on self and family and friends.

Traditionally there are three levels of Reiki. The first level adjusts your body, through special attunements, so that you are open to the universal energy fields. The second level of Reiki involves more attunements to open you to even higher levels of Reiki energy. The third level is for those who feel called to teach Reiki.

There needs to be at least 21 days between the level I and level II classes. After level II there needs to be a longer time before taking the Master level class. You will know when the time is right. Many students do not proceed to the third level at all.

I also teach self–hypnosis as well as meditation and relaxation

Self-hypnosis, meditation and relaxation training can be part of a hypnotherapy or energy healing session or scheduled separately.

Class days and times for Reiki, self-hypnosis, meditation and relaxation are flexible and can be done individually or in small groups.
