My role as the hypnotherapist is to guide you in this journey. Thoughts, feelings and beliefs that you usually suppress or ignore are revealed, allowing you to develop an integrated method of handling the issue in a positive way. Simple questions, asked of your other-than-conscious mind and higher self while you are under a light trance, can provide transformative insight and understanding. Anyone interested in learning can be taught to relax and allow the conscious mind to let go and achieve this light trance. In this light trance state you are always in control; you can never be compelled to do what you don’t want to do. When the session is over you awaken feeling renewed and refreshed.
