Reiki is an ancient healing system that has been traced to Tibet. The word “reiki” means universal life force. A Reiki Master has gone through several levels of training. What separates Reiki from other energy healing systems is that with each level of training there are attunements that open the healer to higher and higher vibrations of the universal energy field. This enables me to “see, feel and know “ where the energy is most needed and how best to position my hands.

Integra believes that all humans are attempting to move toward wholeness through the integration of body, mind and spirit. The Integra healing system draws from Eastern and Western techniques. My training includes dream work, energetic defense systems and shamanism.

Using dreamwork, I will assist you in processing and interpreting dreams, especially those that you experience just prior to and immediately after a session.

Energetic defense systems are energy blocks that are habitual patterns used to defend ourselves against emotional, mental, physical and spiritual pain. These defense systems also prevent us from moving toward wholeness.

Shamanism has enabled me to connect to my healing guides and power animal providing additional information before each healing session about the client.

With both Reiki and Integra Energy Healing, a primary emphasis is on awakening the inner resources of the client.
